Japan. The denser the population, the more orderly it is.

Second this one. Been here all week and it’s amazing. Not a hint of crime, people out late at night with no worries, and hot Nordic women everywhere.

Certainly not McDonald’s in Savannah.

Norway is very orderly. The whole country kind of felt like it was inside something like Beau Chene.
Not a country or city per se, but I've been impressed on multiple occasions by how quiet and well-kept Mississippi State's campus is. My college was nothing like that.

Edinburgh, Scotland
Not a speck of trash or bums anywhere on the streets, the locals are all incredibly friendly and kind, the city streets and landscaping is all kept in impeccable shape, and the public transit system was clean and orderly as well as the "walkability" of the entire city. The centuries-old landmarks and architecture were all incredible and beautifully maintained.
I've never walked so much around an entire city, and it never once felt inconvenient or sketchy

Singapore. Clean and safe.

The British Museum in London - for it being free and full of people - there was no wait in line to check bags, it was clean, and people were very accommodating

Augusta national, Point clear alabama, big sky Montana a few other places I could list, but the more I do the more I see a pattern developing.
