In 6th grade this guy who transferred in was probably about 15 and way bigger than anybody else. He was obviously a poor that had failed a couple of grades.

I used to give him some shite and obviously my bark was bigger than my bite but I didn't care. After a few weeks he decided he wanted to fight me. Well my 12 year old arse is terrified so I had to get out of fighting this guy. I find the one black kid in the class (who was also probably around 14 or 15) and told him the other guy called him a "you know what". Boom. Fight avoided and they both got suspended for beating the shite out of each other.

In high school my girlfriend found nude pics of my ex-gf on my phone(razor) and made one of them her default pic on Myspace. A lot of people saw it and gossiped about it...I got in a little trouble at school but didn't give a shite, she was a smoking hot blonde. A lot of high fives that week.

Seen a lot... done a lot. Dentures in a urinal, pissing in shampoo bottles and contact lens solution, toothbrushes in the arse crack, and some other shite that's probably better left unsaid.

Some people's definition of "mean" is another person's definition of fun. In Africa all the little poor children would beg us for money. We found out that if you gave 1 kid some money the others would chase him down and beat the shite out of him... so we started waiting for the pack of kids to get about 10 deep and we'd pick a kid to give the money to. Sometimes you look for the one that looks fastest... see if he can outrun the pack. Other times you look for the strongest... see if he can fight off all the others.

I don't think I see "mean" the same way others see it. As long as nobody dies then what's the harm?

Now that you mention it... most of the shite I've seen isn't nearly as bad as that. Kay is going to hell.

In bootcamp, our recruit division leader was a hardass prick. Last day of BC, I grabbed a couple of my friends and we filled up 3 5gal buckets of cold water. This was in Illinois where the cold tap water is fridgid.

We doused the prick while he was taking a hot shower.

While on my submarine, we had a guy fake being sick to get out of a watch. He'd just chill out in his rack while someone had to cover for his arse.

The racks of a submarine all lifted up to reveal storage compartments below with a steel rod holding the rack up so you could get your stuff out.

One watch, we "posted" the guy faking being sick. Meaning we lifted the rack and engaged the steel rod so that the dude was pinned and unable to get out of the rack. We left his arse there for 3 hours and told him to never fake being sick again.

You went too easy on him. We used to beat our shitbags with crescent wrenches. I've seen more than one guy break and get sent to the surface fleet. We had one kid that got fricked with so bad that he ended up losing his shite on patrol and was put in confinement on bread and water until they sent a boat out to pick him up.

Another guy flipped out, had to be restrained until the MA's could get there and when they showed up he tried fighting the MA's. They beat the ever-living frick out of that dude on the pier with batons while a group of us sat there clapping.

High school.

Kid was hit in the head with a shot put. Seriously.

He had some minor surgery and was okay, but he came back to school with a shaved head. (1970's, there were no high school kids with shaved heads). So the kid wore a watch cap to hide his shaved head / scar.

Head Football Coach / Vice Principal walks up to him in the cafeteria and tells him that he can't wear a hat indoors.

Doesn't sound like much, but at the time it showed us how petty an adult could be.

I wasn't an A-Ganger like you bro. Not many crescent wrenches in the radio room.

You reminded me of what the guys did to a nub rumored to be gay. The poor kid lasted 2 weeks. He was pushed down stairwells, given shite jobs, and basically suffered from ruthless verbal abuse 24/7. I never participated because I wasn't with the ship until the kid's last two days aboard.

I did watch a Nav ET kick the shite out of a cook because the cook called him a fatass for requesting an additional piece of chicken. Deployments are long...

There was a kid throughout middle school who was just strange. Had jacked up teeth, greasy hair and talked in a crazy high pitch voice. Needless to say, middle school was hard for him.

He was obsessed with bugs and anytime he'd find a caterpillar or locust shell he'd think it funny to chase the girls around at recess.

One day he had a stinging caterpillar in his hand and decided to play his favorite chase the girls game. So me and some friends grabbed him and forced his hand closed on the stinging caterpillar. We crushed the caterpillar in his hand and he was stung several times. I'll never forget that high pitched weezy wail and him crying.

Kids are assholes. Wonder what ever happened to that guy.

Some chick in high school ratted on two guys that were on the wrestling team because they smoked weed.. these dudes went to the parking lot at lunchtime and flipped over her VW Beetle... funny as shite back then, now that I know how much shite cost, it's not so funny

Management made a nurse make up the weekend she couldn't work because she had a miscarriage. If this isn't heartless, I don't know what is.
