At the border going back to San Diego a homeless guy with no hands asked for money and a guy throw change at his feet and he tried to pick it up but couldn't.

said it before on here.
Someone put a bottle rocket in a cigarette, with the explosive removed, but the propellant powder still in it and repacked the cigarette and put it in this guy Shipe's cigarette pack.
A few hours later he lights a cigarette and woosh, flames shooting out of his mouth, he's spitting blood and burned out skin.
He was pissed.
Sad thing was it was a friend of his that did it, but I feel bad because we knew it was coming. This was before Jackass, I wish we had cameras then to film the stupid shite like that.

Back in high school, a bunch of seniors stripped a guy down on the football bleachers right before the girls PE class came out there for roll call. Buck naked, he had to get off the bleachers and run to the locker room in front of the girls. The seniors then somehow convinced the coach that the guy was streaking. The guy ended up getting paddled by the coach for streaking in front of the girls class.

This probably isn't "mean", but when I was younger.. Like too young to participate in the fireworks war my brother and others were having.. He was suppose to be watching me, so I was outside watching them. My brother tried to hide in a garbage can, someone saw his dumb arse jump in so they ran over and dropped a jumping jack in the garbage can. He couldn't get out as fast as he wanted.. It burned up some of his clothes and he had some burns on him, but it wasn't bad.. It was funny..

I saw ISIS put a guy in a cage, douse him in gasoline, and light him on fire. Then, this one time, I saw ISIS put a bunch of guys in a cage, and lower it slowly into a pool drowning them all to death. This other time, I saw ISIS tie up a guy's feet and then ran him over with a tank while he tried to hop away. Etc, etc, ad nauseum.
So with a head nod to the cartels, ISIS wins my prize for meanest people on Earth.

One Friday night, me and a bunch of guys from high school were out drinking and cruising for girls near BelAir Mall in Mobile. One of the guys passed out in the mall parking lot. We stripped him naked, put some girl's lipstick on him and left him in a phone booth at Airport and Azalea Rd with money to call home when he woke up. He had to have his dad pick him up and explain his situation.

I once outed some dude on a message board. Everyone thought he was just this really annoying kid but after he posted his email and a pic I reverse image searched it and we found out he was this sad pathetic little cripple. The place hasn't been the same but the jokes have gotten a lot funnier

On a Model UN trip in high school, we found out that one dude wore tighty whities. We stole his underwear and singed the back of them with a lighter to make it look like skid marks
