They have a website where they proudly proclaim they are "building for ourselves".

And a link where they are collecting donations cuz nothing says "I'm doin this myself" like a go fund me asking for $90,000.

This sounds like another socialist-utopian community that will flame out just like all the others did.
For those interested, research the New Llano community here in Louisiana. It started out like all the others but didn’t make it.
