But seriously, there are 13 weeks between solstices and equinoxes. And 4 of thes cycles make up the 52 weeks in a solar year.

Which is why a standard deck of playing cards has 4 suits of 13 cards each, totaling a 52 card deck. A card for every week which harkens back to universal constants from a Tarot deck.
