What is the Dumbest Thing You Ever Heard Someone Say?

I started a thread like this before, but yesterday when I went vote I heard some women arguing with a poll worker because she was only able to vote for Hillary Clinton & Bernie Sanders, but when she tried to vote for Donald Trump it didn't work. I think the women was having a hard time understanding the whole party thing.
Anyway, anyone got any good stories like this? Where some dumbass person was too stupid to understand a simple situation or just made an ignorant comment or misused a word over & over?

Was working on a new jail and for some reason the water pressure in the main wasn't enough for the fire water system. The parish was going to be installing some new automatic pumps at the water plant but no planned date for that. One parish official asked the fire marshal instead of installing new pumps if when a fire happened they could call someone to go to the water plant to turn the pumps on.

I find the Reagan-Cruz thing laughable. Cruz voters never would have voted for Reagan because he wasn't a "true conservative"

not the dumbest but last night I went to a wedding. And on the way to the reception had a friend say, "y'all wanna stop somewhere and get something to eat."
