Jena.
Low crime.
Great public school.
No ghettos and white trash go to lasalle or grant.
Reminds me of Mayberry.

Scott. Only downfall is the amount of trailers. Cheap real estate & boudin

I couldn't live there. North LA is disgusting, but Natchitoches is constantly being ranked high on best places to live lists.

St. Francisville, New Roads, Abita Springs, Madisonville, St. Martinville

How is Scott these days? Isn't it still growing or is that mostly Broussard and Youngsville?

How is North Louisiana disgusting? Town like Ruston and the ones mentioned are clean, blue skies, elevation changes, and nice lakes nearby.
South La small towns smell dirty, full of plant worker trash, ditches with stagnant water, and trailer homes full of trucks and aluminum boats parked in front yards.

Jena
My Dad grew up in Jena and moved away as soon as he finished high school as a Jenar Giant to attend college. One of the things I'm thankful for in my life is that he didn't raise me in Jena.

Anacoco, great school, plenty of hunting and fishing, low crime, real estate is high though.

It's not growing very fast. Broussard and Youngsville are blowing up.

St. Francisville
Crowley: I know it is probably not factually true but Crowley has to have the highest "hot girl per capita" of any small town in LA. Sweet baby Jesus have I met some awesome girls who are also quite beautiful hailing from Crow-town.
