For me it was awhile back at work. Work with this real religious guy. I cooked him some pancakes here at work. 5 of them approximately twenty inches across. They were beastly. I served them up. He comes at me with, "man you rock like Christ!" All I could think was. fricking A..

Working at a small radio station, my boss told me one of his friends/former co-workers heard me and asked where I had come from. My boss said, "Oh, he's been around. He's a pro".

After I settled a case for a lot of money I told the plaintiff's attorney that I would get him a letter confirming the settlement. He responded, "Don't worry about a letter. You have the reputation of an old English barrister. Your word is your bond."

When I was a lot younger I used to put women my present age (and a bit younger) on my juries. After trial (win or lose) they would always come up to me and tell me what I nice young man I was. Ah, the good old days!
