Is your position that anything below well done is "almost raw"?
Also, some raw meat is delicious.

Generally, if someone will not listen to and consider alternate opinions/explanations, displays no introspection or humility, responds through impulsion and emotion, and is not open to change, I avoid business/interaction with them.
To draw out the truth, ask what they respect about both political parties, both sides of the abortion/choice issue, both sides of climate change? Ask what they think about various religions? Ask about their prior jobs and bosses - what they liked and disliked and why they left? Sometimes gathering info and forming an opinion about someone "takes a while.
Language skills and problem solving also may reveal a lot.

I'd rather make snap decisions based upon my bias and as little information as possible

Being a legit racist. I'm not saying people that occasionally make questionable jokes, I'm saying the ones who try to argue with you (after a couple of beers) that blacks are somehow lesser than whites or vice versa.

this place scared me in the past. I would make a joke and get admiring nods and attempted secret handshakes at the tailgates

smoking and/or being fat
every single person is aware of the health effects of both and yet, people still choose to smoke and/or be fat, sometimes both
not smoking and not being fat are 2 of the easiest things that you can control when it comes to your own body, yet people still choose ignore the obvious and charge straight ahead towards the very known outcomes
How does this have more downvotes than upvotes? This is common sense

Misuse of the word “at”
Where you at?
Where’s it at?
I can’t believe how many educated people speak this way. Didn’t they take English in school? It appears to be acceptable now. Fingernails on a chalkboard to me.

I definitely judge these idiots. I like my job. I like it a lot. If they require this of us, I start looking for other work that day. This is where my personal line with this tranny bullshite is drawn.
