I don’t take up for Louisiana much, but it’s a noticeable difference once I hit the state line of people who will actually get out of the left lane when they aren’t passing.

In east Texas, no one gives a shite. Is this only me?

Majority of left lane drivers, fast and slow, I see on I-10 in LC have Texas plates.

It's all over Texas

It's one of those things that once you notice it, you can't un-notice it. I'd say Houston is the only exception

I make the drive to Tyler frequently from SELA. Can't say I've noticed a difference, I loathe left lane drivers and they are pervasive everywhere

Most of them are returning to Texas from "home" in Louisiana, have been on the road for 3 plus hours and don't give a shite any longer and just want to get to back to the rat race in Houston. At least that is my excuse for driving 90 mph out of Beaumont and either passing people doing 70 or getting passed by people doing 95.

Every time I see a Texas plate in the Pac NW that cocksucker is in the left lane holding me up.

The fact that Houston commuter traffic stretches out hours in any direction and all the major highways have been under construction for decades might have something to do with it.

I remember driving back Westbound on I-10 over the Atchafalaya once and being shocked that semis were actually driving the speed limit and getting over to the right. Don't see that much in Texas.

I was in TN/GA/NC a while back and got behind a handful of frickasses driving the speed limit or below in the left lane that wouldn't move... at least 90% had TX plates.

Same shite in LA and everywhere you go... stupid fn Texans can't drive worth a frick

Also, regardless of the state, center lane drivers doing less than the speed limit create bottlenecks on each side of the highway.

I-10 in Louisiana right lane drivers all go 10 under and left lane drivers go 15 over.

I have driven i10 a ton from new orleans all the way to west texas.

I see alot of this even if you think im crazy.

From lafayette to the state line I see a bunch of texas drivers going slow in passing lane blocking up traffic. When I cross the state line its all louisiana drivers doing it. Its strange for sure

Also. The right lane on way to Houston is wide open when it goes to 3 lanes. I usually duck over into it. Nobody in it

East Texas drivers love the left lane.

North Alabama drivers love to pass you and then slow down.

the majority of left lane drivers got into that habit because right lanes are busted pot hole filled with 1000 patches everywhere so they stay in the smoother left lane.

the second you leave louisiana the right lanes are just as good as the left lanes so those people never had to feel like they drive off road to use the right lane

why drive on the busted broken poorly patched side of the road? but they should always get over when faster traffic is behind them

You ladies should drive in Iowa.

As soon as you hit the state line, you’ll notice the Iowa drag race, where two cars set their cruise control to the same speed, usually within 3-5 mph of the speed limit, and drive side by side for several minutes before one makes a move to go ahead or fall behind. It is the most infuriating shite I’ve seen.

A few years ago, I drove from Conroe southward to downtown Houston. I think there were like five or six lanes and everyone was driving 80-90 mph on most of the lanes.

My wife (no pics) who is from Illinois picked up on this within a few weeks of living in Shreveport. We fly out of DFW very often, and between Shreveport and Terrell there's at least 4-6 times where an a-hole won't get over. But worse when you get on 635. I stay in the second outside lane all the way to the airport exit.

Tailgate the one in the left lane and honk until they move
