Protesters just smashed out the windows of a few HPD SUVs. Crowd seems to be growing and is now on the move since HPD in riot gear surrounded the scene where they were smashing windows

protestors are not blocking the interstate from what I’ve seen, but the cops have blocked several downtown exits as a safety precaution.
