I see there is development ongoing between UClub and Lexington Estates off of Hwy 30. I'm sure it'll be more cookie-cutters, but wasn't sure if it was an extension of one of the two existing neighborhoods or if the development was a separate one.

Anyone here know?

Heard its residential.

Y'all are really gonna be made when the new Mississippi River Bridge connects to EBR using Highway 30. Y'all will be dreaming of the day when all you had to complain about was a new subdivision.

Either The Lakes at Harveston (1000 homes planned starting in the $400k), Waters Edge at Lexington Estates (177 lots), Woodstock Park (213 lots), or third phase of UCLUB

I don't know which one is starting up now, but it's residential right there

I believe that is the former BREC Property. They sold it. Could have put that big beautiful zoo there.
