The Apollo program cost about $120 billion in today's dollars. That's nearly six times NASA's annual budget. So the answer as always is money.
Or 3 months of fun in Iraq and Afghanistan.

That would be 4 months of fun, but I get your point. Military spending, however, is the only thing our government ever agrees on.

NASA’s LRO Finds Lunar Pits Harbor Comfortable Temperatures
quote:
NASA-funded scientists have discovered shaded locations within pits on the Moon that always hover around a comfortable 63 F (about 17 C) using data from NASA’s Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) spacecraft and computer modeling. The pits, and caves to which they may lead, would make thermally stable sites for lunar exploration compared to areas at the Moon’s surface, which heat up to 260 F (about 127 C) during the day and cool to minus 280 F (about minus 173 C) at night. Lunar exploration is part of NASA’s goal to explore and understand the unknown in space, to inspire and benefit humanity.
quote:
Two of the most prominent pits have visible overhangs that clearly lead to caves or voids, and there is strong evidence that another’s overhang may also lead to a large cave. “Humans evolved living in caves, and to caves we might return when we live on the Moon,” said David Paige, a co-author of the paper who leads the Diviner Lunar Radiometer Experiment aboard LRO that made the temperature measurements used in the study.

I appreciate that you don't fear thinking outside the box.
That said, I've read the synopsis / overview of this book, 'Who Built The Moon'.
The authors cite "Evidence" based on what exactly? That's pretty definitive.
Other than taking NASA's word at face value (they lie as a rule), we can't verify that man can leave beyond the Firmament -- never mind "land on the moon"(50 years ago!!)
THE question is...what is the Moon? Is it solid? Plasma? An Energy Field?
Might it (and Sun) be orbiting, magnetically guided by an electrically-charged Polaris-North Pole axis? Does the salt of the earth's sea help create the electrical charge?
Regarding the "Moon" -- our human perception "sees" physical/material characteristics of "Craters", "Shadows", the hint of a "sphere". But we never do actually see beyond the very limited pitch of it; moreover, there is no tangible evidence of a "dark side" of the Moon".
All of this is obviously up for (vigorous) debate.

The authors of Civilization One return, bringing new evidence about the Moon that will shake up our world....
...[authors] Knight and Butler discovered that the Moon possesses few or no heavy metals and has no core—something that should not be possible.
Their persuasive conclusion: if higher life only developed on Earth because the Moon is exactly what it is and where it is, it becomes unreasonable to cling to the idea that the Moon is a natural object—an idea with profound implications.

For which Apollo mission did we begin to fake it? AS-203? AS-202? Apollo 1? Apollo 6? Apollo 8?
Questions I always ask the “moon landing hoax” believers, if you were going to fake a moon landing why do it 6 times? Why fake a failed mission as was Apollo 13?Why fake a camera failure on the moon, as on Apollo 12. Why fake a radar malfunction as during the first landing.

There are quite a few.
The early videos of any space stuff are so bad and some you can even see items in the warehouse it’s filmed in.
9/11 was absolutely an inside job done by the US government.
The Smithsonian and the Vatican snatch up and hide tons from the world to not let the truth out. If most of the information stored in the Vatican library was let out, lots of governments would either be at war or be over thrown

I believe that John Wilkes Booth survived and escaped. There is just too much evidence to say otherwise. Eyewitnesses that knew Booth were at the barn where “he”was shot. They said that the person shot wasn’t JWB.
LINK
There is a segment of the spine of the man shot in the barn in army archives. They will not let researchers do a DNA test with known relatives of Booth to see if it’s a match.

Why fake a camera failure on the moon, as on Apollo 12.
Apparently ALL 6 Apollo Moon "missions" had "camera problems".
One (proven) fake "Earth Rise" image.
Even if that Mulligan is given, why no *other* photos of the Earth from the 5 OTHER Apollo mission cameras?
So...ZERO "images" of Earth from the Moon. ZERO photos of Earth from different angles. ZERO photos of Antarctica. ZERO video/film of Earth FROM the Moon. OR from any points in between.
It seems obvious that the burden of (photographic/video) proof of any of those 6 Lunar Missions is fully ON NASA.

Quite a bit of...fakery faked by NASA.

*sigh*
Based on this truth (counted "votes" at the national level are mere illusion; a cabal of Un-Elected shadow bureaucrats and technocrats have indeed been running the show, steering The Titanic into one ice berg after another)...
....I've been trying to wrap my head around:
How & why should *any* of tPTB narratives be believed at face value? (see years 2020-2022)

It takes quite a bit of sprinkled fairy dust, cognitive dissonance, suspended logic, reality and common sense NOT to agree with your assessment.

I think Oswald acted alone, but it’s been so long ago I doubt it very much that the actual truth about if he acted alone or was part of a conspiracy theory will ever come to light.
I guess I don’t really understand why Ruby shot and killed Oswald.
