...the following in our homes during this.

Internet
Satellite or cable tv
computers/tablets
TV's
DVD/BRD players
video games

If we never had it we wouldn't know the difference. But we do so.......

Everything is relative.

People want to bitch and complain about this and that.

Imagine having the spanish flu and having to shite outside on a 90 degree or 30 degree day.

We dont have it that bad. Even during this.

Yea i don’t understand what’s bad at all about this
Stay inside with a ton of shite to do, working from home (for this week I’m in the office next week) and essential businesses (most notable delivery food) are still all open.

That might actually be good. It would be perspective enhancing.

If there wasn’t a low fear of physical risk and a high fear of economic turmoil, people would be loving life right now.

Honestly if you’re in an industry unaffected by this, it’s probably going to be a fond memory for those with families. I see families having picnics and playing catch and shite all day every day. I’m sure parents are annoyed, but a lot of these people are in some halcyon days right now.

I’m starting to see the positives in this. Especially if that relief package is as good as advertised. As for the OP, I’d enjoy it just fine without all the technology, I could get by just fine on radio, outdoors and books.

Without the internet or cable people likely aren’t worked up into a frenzy to cause a shutdown.
