France would've gone through another revolution. Probably end up in the Communist sphere.
Would Russia though? How would the revolution go if WWI was just a few months? The Bolsheviks might lose this setup.

Reading more into the history of Operation Sea Lion ( LINK), quite thankful for the pride and hubris of Luftwaffle that stopped focusing on airbases and started bombing cities. Enough time for the RAF to regroup and stay competitive.

Others were not so determined. If things began looking bleak his government could have fallen. Germany did not have the military capacity to successfully invade and conquer Britain. But they could have won a political victory if British will had faltered.

Longer term it is Germany that develops the atomic bomb first. No telling what direction things go then. The world would be a lot less dominated by the U.S.

Only problem with your premise is that had the Central Powers won, especially in 1914, it’s doubtful the Russian Empire would have collapsed as it did. Thus, Stalin would never be, well, Stalin.
