In Louisiana, there is no standard dispatch codes. Departments are free to use whatever they want. Baton Rouge doesn’t use those codes or 5150

One of my friends bought a starter house in Zachary about 8 years ago and told me he got out there and Zachary was slowly turning into Baker. I thought he was exaggerating but the town was a lot less cleaner than the last time I spent time there around 2011.

Mayors son challenged him to a debate and told him he doesn't live in the district he represents. Then mayors son kept at him on facebook challenging him anywhere anytime to a debate until the Mayor Pro Temp decided the term 'debate' meant he wanted to fight. Then blocked everyone on facebook who was commenting, just before posting these deranged videos...and then deleting them almost immediately. He's a mental health social worker.

I haven't been back there in almost twelve years, but even back then, you could see signs that it was changing, and not for the better.

Zachary's biggest problem is that they allowed growth to explode without a plan for development. Every national spec home builder now has holdings and developments going in all over the place and just now Zachary is trying to slow it down. The horse has already left the barn though, so the years of building low cost housing is now coming to bear it's fruit.
The school system is part to blame for this because the board will not take a position and ask for developments to stop due to overcrowding. There's been some revenue streams that were lost and the system wants to continue building revenue base, but they're doing it in a diminishing returns model.

Actually has nothing to do with that. To summarize an audit was done on the city of Zachary and they found that work was done but was done by the vendor without an actual contract in place to do the work. The councilman is claiming that the mayor and his son stole money, which was not the case. The 13 percenter councilman went to Facebook slandering the mayor and his son. The son responded to him: From the son to the 13 percenter councilman: I’m happy to meet you at city hall, on north cedar (where you live out of district) or east central where you claim homestead. I don’t need to go through invoices. I’m happy to oblige you and listen to your spill if it gets us in the same room though!
Lael (the 13 percenter councilman) decides he's being threatened and takes to Facebook live with a gun.

I wonder if this is why their football team has lost so many starters over the last three seasons.
I noticed their best linebacker wasnt playing after their scrimmage with WM. Then their best OL wasnt either.
Then multiple other players too. Checked their roster and their names are scrubbed where their numbers are listed.
Back in 2019 they had 4 players on defense all gone. Last year they had 1. I inquired about what the hell was happening for such crazy turnover and was told something along the lines of fighting.

A 5150 comes from California. It is what is used to get someone on an emergency admission to a psych unit against their will. This can come from the police or docs. It lasts 72 hours then if two docs get together then it can be extended to 14 days I believe and then becomes a 5250. It's been a while since I worked in Cali but I believe this is right.
