Imagine the concert promoter who picked the venue location. He walked away one day feeling sky high because he found the perfect spot for a concert. Think they have this festival again? Rename it and relocate it?

I have lived in five different apartments over the past 30 years. I often wonder what sick shite the previous tenants were into ? Lol

My neighbor died in college and it was over a year before someone took over the lease. This girl moved in and we let her know. She was pissed

I'd be surprised if they did more than fix the windows.

You ever been to Mandalay Bay, you say this like they are some five and dime hotel. They will probably strip out the room and replace everything. They will make sure there is nothing there to remind people that was the room.

When you are looking for someone to move into a place, you create a good perception and let them keep it. As soon as you tell someone like that, you risk the chance of them thinking "how can I get out of this lease ASAP" and if they are crazy enough they might try to get to the next person you lease it to.. Tell them "don't truth them, they will tell you what's wrong with it after you sign the lease".

honestly feel bad for the employees. I'm willing to bet the person working at the front desk feels sick to their stomach knowing they gave him the key to his murderous room

How about the person who comped the room?

Trent Reznor will probably buy it and turn it into a studio.

The room will be used just as it was before. Nothing will change.

I would stay in that room. It's not like all those people died in that room, just the crazy one. People have died in hotel rooms all over the world. Murderers have died in hotel rooms all over the world. It's notorious but it's just a room

The Hotel has Terrorism Insurance to cover lost revenue and some degree of their exposure as to due diligence in not keeping a nut from setting up a machine gun emplacement on their 32nd Floor.

Wait, what? How would you prove negligence or due diligence here? I know you are stupid, but explain how an unknown person should have been noticed?

Please let me know....

They didn't seal off The old MGM Grand (Bally's) where 87 people died and 650 other injured in the worst tragedy in US history at the time.
