I got a ticket in Roswell Georgia and they sent that shot to Louisiana.

I got a speeding ticket in Houston in 2008 and never paid it. I've renewed my license twice with no issues whatsoever.

As someone else alluded to, though, my good credit is worth more to me than $70. Maybe the OP's isn't and is only concerned with criminal repercussions.

This. I've accumulated maybe 15-20 tickets over the years from coast to coast and never paid a penny. Those things expire after a year or two, so as long as you don't go back you'll be fine--I mean fineless.

You can call and try to pay the first amount since you did move. If that doesn't work pay the amount that is due now. If you don't you will pay much much more down the line.

Just pay the fine. They will go after your credit score, hard and dry. That shite came up on my credit rating when I went to get a home equity loan.

Back in the old days, only certain states had reciprocity agreements with other states. That shite is over with now. If you frick up anywhere, it's going to follow you.
I got a speeding ticket at the SC/NC border driving my niece back to Chapel Hill after the 2001 SEC Championship game (LSU 31 - UT 20, Matt Mauck MVP!!!). I was working in CA at the time and missed some mail to my LA address. I eventually paid the ticket and a ridiculous late fee - it totaled a little over $300 - in the spring of 2002. I re-newed my LA DL at least twice without incident, until 2010...
I went in to re-new and discovered that NC had "suspended" my DL, although I never had a NC DL in the first place. LA would not let me re-new without resolving the NC suspension. I ended up sending those pricks in NC another $50 to clear the "suspension".
Long story, made short: You may be fine and nothing ever happens, but don't be surprised if that ticket tears its ugly head at some point in your future.

I got a ticket driving through a little town in Ark. I wasn't going to pay it bc I didn't think I would go back...

Problem was that this was mailed to my old mailing address on June 14 and I moved away on June 18, so I just got it in my new mailbox on Friday that was forwarded to me.
The due date for paying the fine was July 11 so it was already past due by the time I got the speeding ticket notice in my new mailbox

Take a picture of a stack of money for however much the ticket was for and mail that back to them.

Okay, I stand corrected. My experiences all happened in the 60's and early 70's, which, compared to today, is like the Wild, Wild West. You could do anything back then.
