The acid rain cured it. Then Global warming cured the acid rain. Climate change fixed Global warming. I believe banning assault rifles will fix Climate Change.

Tbh the ozone layer sounds fake

and before that it was "acid rain"
and before that it was radiation in the rain/snow from atmospheric nuclear bomb testing

So when the ozone layer is healed, Antarctica will actually warm even faster?
We can't win I guess.

I have an ozone generator. Idk why we just didn't turn a bunch of those on.

It was mended by stolen tax dollars

Changed strategy.
They do that every 10 to 15 years.
It’s all about grant money.
In the 60’s it was over population.
In the 70’s it was ice age
In the 80’s it was ozone layer
In the 90’s it was global warming
In the 2000’s it became climate change.

Remember in the late 80s/early 90s there was a hole in the ozone that was getting bigger and eventually would let through all UV rays and cause us all to die a horrible death?
all the climate alarmists got filthy rich banning freon and forcing higher priced alternative gasses be used so now your a/c cost double and often triple what it really should cost.
meanwhile a/c freon was only 0.0003% of the total fluorocarbons released into the air that they claimed as the boggie man.
just like climate change, its all a scam to make certain people rich then they move the goal posts and repeat

Saw a NASA display that correlated the holes in the ozone with sun spots. The sunspots moved on the suns surface and the ozone holes left with it.
So a natural occurance that naturally healed itself? Go figure

This is the third time in the last 40 years that weather systems have caused warm temperatures that limit ozone depletion, said Susan Strahan, an atmospheric scientist with Universities Space Research Association, who works at NASA Goddard.
“It’s a rare event that we’re still trying to understand,” said Strahan. “If the warming hadn’t happened, we’d likely be looking at a much more typical ozone hole.”
So warmer weather limits the size of the hole. The earth's warming was its way of solving the ozone hole problem?
But they are still trying to understand it?

Sometimes you have to look a little farther than dogma. On the whole, most of us benefitted from the switch from R22 to R410a in our A/C units. R410a is more efficient than R22 and is what has allowed for the very high SEER units we have available today. Sometimes change is good even if you don't like the impetus.

It went away. A similar condition of skewed environmental tests which led to EBR and surrounding parishes to require emissions tests for automobile inspection stickers. Air quality / environmental atmosphere over BR is much better now. Emissions tests still exist though.
