The facial muscles contort in unnatural ways when you lip sync and don't really sing your songs. It's not usually visible to the observer but after years of faking it without "making it" the effects are devastating as shown here in this photo.

I don't understand the people saying it's just aging. It doesn't even look like just aging. I have zero doubts that she has had a nose job and a little more. Aging doesn't shrink your nose and change the shape of it completely. It actually looks like she didn't even age that much since ~15-18. She's obviously had work done on her lips and eyes, possibly chin as well but that one's just a guess
