What happened to Jamie Lynn Spears face?

We last saw her in like 2008 on her Nickelodeon show Zoey 101, got pregnant after that and pretty much didn't work again. Now she's on some Netflix series Sweet Magnolias and a Zoey 101 reboot.
She doesn't look good, did she just age poorly or is this bad plastic surgery?

She's one of those women that look better with more thickness in their face. Also, she's not really made up in that pic.

Honestly she looks like she hasn’t done much of anything. Just looks older. Her makeup isn’t that great in that picture of her on the right.
