I went to Winn Dixie this morning
Roasts selling $1.99 lb
Ribeyes selling $5.99 lb
Ground meat (85/15) selling $7.99 lb
why is ground meat so much more expensive than Roast & steaks? Pork and chicken were also significantly cheaper than ground beef.

That’s what people buy so they mark it up. Go to your local butcher.

They told you they were coming for your hamburgers.
Why don’t you believe them?

Rich people shorting RST. Once WSB hear about this, RIB and GME are going to skyrocket. Burgers will be $50 a piece.

Chicken was up a couple weeks back. I was looking to cook a bunch of wings, but passed. A week later, prices were down a good bit, at least in my area.

meat will be a real luxury soon and then virtually impossible for the common person to acquire on a regular basis
you will eat the lab grown meat, the impossible meat, and you will also eat the bug.
klaus schwab and bill gates are literally assuring us of this

That’s, uh, quite the projection.

I went to Winn-Dixie at Christmas looking for a whole tenderloin. Didn't like what they looked like, so I started looking at Angus prime rib.
Butcher dude comes out and I asked him why the tenderloin was so cheap. He said it comes from Mexico and is not USDA inspected. I picked up the prime rib and he said "A much better choice".
So if you want meat there, look for the Angus sticker on it that verifies USDA inspected. And people are trying to buy ground beef to save money, so they jack up the price. Buyer really has to beware today.

There's a place I haven't heard from in decades. Maybe try out the nearest Super 1, baw.

Wait until everyone is making $15/hr across the entire supply/delivery line and the grocery store. Pain at the register.
