I grew up in the 80s, so I'd say then, but really looking back the decade that the women have remained timeless, like a Greek Colonial home, are women from the 1940's.
Perfect match of natural long hair with soft feminine looks. No spiked hair, no lesbo short hair, no tattoos, no excessive and retarded body piercings. No fatties.
