Car in the left lane is holding up passing traffic. You flick your lights a few times, and eventually they move over. After they move over, they speed up to 80??!
Also, old people who drive 15 under the limit, then blatantly run the red light, leaving you there to deal with the wait. This happens to me daily.

How fast are they going in the left lane? If they are going the speed limit than it is illegal for you to pass them.
