If I avoid the above it’ll be Alzheimer’s because it runs in the family. So I’m perfectly ok with not living a health oriented life and enjoying good food and drink and dying of a heart attack in my 70s because frick living for years with Alzheimer’s

As an old whitewater paddling trad climber, who's (somehow) survived to be the oldest male on both sides, while thankfully keeping his working parts intact... I'm hoping instantaneous car wreck while on the road to adventure.
