I guess I’m known for football.
Football recruiting and game/season previews are very easy because I’m accustomed to doing that.
It can be difficult to make a football game story interesting IMO.
Basketball is probably easiest.
College football game articles are simplified by the stats they provide.
In high school football, you have to keep all the stats which can be difficult.
Prep baseball is becoming easier due to the game changer app. It has game stats.
Unfortunately, I’m a freelancer so I would have to pay for the app myself.
So instead, I keep my own in baseball (and softball).
Baseball and softball coaches are usually happy that you’re covering them so they’re easy to interview.

Went to Aruba a year ago, made a bunch of reservations etc. After the first day we cancelled them all and just did whatever. If that meant hanging out by the pool, or in the Cabana on the hotels little private island and doing nothing but swim and drink, that was fine then we just played it by ear for dinner.
