What do you tell your coworkers when you’re about to go on a shite break?

Do you tow the politically correct line?
“I have a meeting.”
“I’m going to step out to get coffee.”
Or do you simply say “I have to poop.”
Or my favorite, “I’m going to take a call,” then when they ask to clarify, say the call was with nature.
