Eighty dollars is what they want for my yard here in Ruston. Mowing, or mulching and dumping the leaves is $80. Because the city won't let me put culverts in, they come and weed eat my three, and one half, foot deep ditch once a month at no charge.

i think $50 an acre is about average and fair

many pay more but its just because they arent taking the time to compare rates

that said, how frickin lazy do you have to be to not cut your own grass?

unless you just have throw away money, in that case pay a stripper to do it for you while nude

Our lot is about half an acre, we pay $60 per cut (includes blowing leaves and other debris as well as edging).

[quote]So no one in this thread pays close to $80/cut? Thanks for proving my point. I was getting arse fricked by a fellow poster, not naming names.

I do lawn service full time for last 13 yrs,i have 9 accounts that are over $80 a cut,2 are residential and 7 are commercial. My min price is $50 per cut.

I’m not lazy at all. I’d rather spend my weekends doing other things. I’ve mowed my own grass before and decided I’d make enough money to pay someone else. Pay them a reasonable and fair amount.

I dont understand how people dont understand this.

"Hey Jones, wanna come meet us at Twin Peaks for some beers, football games, and look at skanky tits?"
"Man I'd like to but I have to mow my lawn."

$25 in Houston, corner lots are $30.

This is in the NW part of Houston suburbs.

But like everything else, it's cheaper in Houston
