What do you get lost in more: Wikipedia or Google Earth ?

I get sucked into both.
For Wikipedia I can start out looking up an article on something and 2 hours later have learned all about rocket propulsion and Roman history and who knows what.
Google Earth I love to just get my iPad and just pick someplace I’ve never explored yet and just start floating away over these distant places seeing what’s out there. I love to click on the restaurants too and see what they cook in Siberia.
Anyways I really need to get laid but do y’all like em too?

You might find the website geoguessr.com entertaining. They place you on google maps in random places and you have to guess where you are. The closer you pick to the location, the more points you get.

Google Earth
I use both a lot though. Basically the encyclopedias and travel atlas of the current time.

Wiki for me.
I was trying to do some ancestry stuff a while back trying to discover the common middle name in the last hundred years of my family of Sixkiller and found out I was related to Redbird Sixkiller.

I use both regularly. My FIL will tell me at the end of some days that he went on vacation. Basically he would pick a country then some of the cities and do street level views to visit. He found the street address in Italy where his dad was born and checked out the surroundings.

Have you ever played Geoguessr? If not, check it out. Sound like something you'd enjoy.

Both about the same. When I was kid I used to love reading encyclopedias. Wiki can occupy me for hours.

Wikipedia. Really easy to go down information rabbit holes for a couple of hours.

I’m surprised nobody has posted, “your mom’s vagina”
Google Earth for me. I use it a lot for work and the next thing you know I’m looking at a small village in remote Siberia or a small island in the Indian Ocean.
