Tell them that your pronouns are “you people” and when they refer to you as “you people”, you say “what do you mean by, ‘you people’”?!

I’ve been seeing more pronouns in email signatures lately and it’s sad. I’m emailing directly back and forth with you, so why are you telling me what your third person pronouns are? You’re instructing me how to refer to you when I speak to other people outside your presence? Mighty presumptuous of you.

Nothing because it’s their choice and not mine. Some things are just not important enough to bet triggered about it.

Never had anything like that happen to me, probably wouldn't know what that was if someone did do that and have no interest in researching what that even means - Ignorance is Bliss.

Ignore them and pretend they don’t exist

Usually roll my eyes.

Lose a ton of respect for them.
