Honestly can't think of much. My biggest annoyance was getting stuck behind a smoker when walking to class.

Parking
This really is one of the biggest problems the University has. It is laughable how inadequate the commuter parking is for a campus that big.
I got this email yesterday from Parking and Transportation....

TigerRama School Day Performance will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 25. The entire Bernie Moore parking lot (X80) on Nicholson Drive will be reserved beginning at 7 a.m. Commuter parking remains available in designated parking lots on Skip Bertman Drive. Ocean Commotion will be held on Thursday, Oct. 27. The entire Bernie Moore parking lot (X80) and a portion of Burden Oak (X79) on Nicholson Drive will be reserved beginning at 7 a.m.; 80 spaces will be reserved in the Tiger Park North Lot on Skip Bertman Drive. Parking is pretty much my only complaint. I loved everything else.

The Campus Security police who thought they were real policemen and who got a thrill out of bullying college kids.

Other than a jackhole roommate the first semester, and dealing with a funky smell in a part of Thomas Boyd Hall, overall LSU was okay to be. The geology building...can't remember the name...gave me the creeps for some reason.

I hate that very few people have respect for others cars. I get that mommy and daddy bought most of these frat stars cars but I paid for mine. Nothing pisses me off more than coming to my car from class and seeing a big ole door ding or a scuff in the bumper...
happens at least once a semester even though i try to park way in the back and next to a curb

quote:I was a student when Tureaud was built. It didn't have a name and was called Classroom Building - abbreviated CLASS B on the printed schedules students received by mail. No signs and wasn't on any maps. Lotsa confused students - me included - that first semester.
LSU should also just bulldoze Tureaud.

Yeah, I don't think there is anything specific that I hated during my time at LSU. Wish I just got to stay a little longer.
Just to pick one random memory that comes to mind, I played a lot of basketball at the Rec center in the late 90s. The guys on the 'A' court were decent but it would be impossible to get a game quickly on most days (guy named Donald would always change the 'next' order) so I'd just move over to the B court. I would have preferred playing on the A court more often to challenge myself but the drama (often led to yelling about who had next) was too much. It was like that almost every day.
