I just turned 28 yesterday and left work an hour early, played golf, went home and cooked a steak, drank some wine, watched TV and now am at work again...
I never really was in to trying to do some big birthday thing even when i was younger.

Watched the LSU-SC @TS game with some friends up at Mowhawk Tavern in Monroe (Cheap oysters, beer, and the waiters are Paula Dean's wet dream of old timey waiters).
While I was out my GF arranged a little party for me. I was feeling weird about turning 30 (cliche I know) so she made it more of a turning 21 party than turning 30. Keg of Abita Amber, beer pong, shite like that. The next day was rough.
31 was the classy birthday I should of had at 30.

My 30th will be my golden on March 30 of next year, so a big party will happen.
Thinking of renting out the marina in Cocodrie and having a huge party with a DJ etc

Most car insurance goes down at 25 as does cost of renting a car.
