But I'd say more on the mental illness side. I think that's pretty clear. In that case she still at fault for not keeping it in check. But it always kills me that so many bystanders could be so ambivalent to the likely scenario here, and think it deserves a harsh response. I guess they'd have it out with an actual Tourette's sufferer as well.
