Lexington, KY is over 200k people (323,000), but i would definitely still consider us to be a small city.
Lexington has: Valvoline, Tempur Sealy (Tempur Pedic), Jif peanut butter, Lexmark, Linkbelt Cranes, Fazoli’s and A&W Restaurants.

Plus Ruby Tuesday is HQ'd in Maryville... but Maryville and Alcoa are part of Knoxville metro.
ETA: Clayton Homes is in Maryville as well. World's largest manufactured homes company.
