The light is definitely amped up in the 2nd photo. Makes it easier to see it as white/gold.

Well shite.
Either way, the colors of the dress in the OP, as it is pictured, are white and gold. I'll allow an argument for a light grayish blue, but black is simply out of the question.
Furthermore, if you see that white as the same royal blue in her other picture, you need to see an optometrist.
