Blatant disregard for your teammates yellow.

ETA: I could not get a less in your face version of that picture, they are all huge.

They used to be white when I first started playing tennis and rackets were made of wood.

I don’t know how anyone can say they are green. The court is green, not the ball. They are yellow specifically so they will contrast the court. They are not even close to the same color, by design.

Either she doesn't play tennis or her color vision is not normal.

They were white.
Now they are yellow.

Chartreuse is correct. I just pulled out a can of balls & held it against something green & something yellow. It’s neither & both.

Then I hated myself for it.

Around Christmas, I started seeing Crayola displays advertising a “new blue” called Bluetiful. It was hard to resist, but I didn’t buy a box (mostly because of the WTF look my BF gave me when I was all, “a new blue!”). Now I want it again :-/

The inability to distinguish between fluorescent/neon yellow and green is a mystery to me.

Do people walk around thinking yellow highlighters are actually green?

It’s yellow no question.

How bout that new ball smell when you open that can of balls?

Ranking of “new” smells:

1. New tennis balls
2. New Car
3. New shoes
4. New baseball glove
5. Fresh play dough
