We have a 3-legged cat that use to be called Cpt. Hook because his paw was all fricked up and bent backwards. Then the damn vet took everything up to and including his shoulder blade so now I call him Tres.
Had another called wheels because he had a lower spine injury and needed prosthetic wheels. He got euthed because all he did was drag is arse across the floor making a damn mess.

My chihuahua is named James Jonas. Hes a rescue and him and his brothers were all named after the Jonas brothers so we kept his celebrity last name.

5 cats for us - 2 black cats (Nyx and Piewhacket), 3 tabby's (Baelfire, Mochi and Asha)
Pie and Asha are kittens - Asha showed up on the back porch about 6 weeks old, horribly dehydrated and hungry, and had a botfly wound on her neck - now she is 4 months old, healthy and a sweet lap cat. Pie was rescued by my Niece running across a Highway in Alabaster, AL - he was about 4 weeks old. we took him without hesitation, and he is about 2 months old now.

Oddly enough only my oldest (Milly) and my youngest (Elsie) are diggers.
The oldest dog has dug a hole to China under my hickory tree.
