I know. Always works out well when me and the wife go out to dinner. There's usually not a problem getting a table

I don't know why but I've just been an early eater for many years. I'm not really a snacker or anything either so i eat 2 meals a day and usually nothing else.

A couple cups of black coffee for breakfast, no cream or sugar. I haven’t eating anything before noon for about 6months.

Lunch between 12-2
Dinner before 8

I do intermittent fast through the week with exception if there’s late dinner plans or going out.
