Grew up in Zachary, so I knew Connie Warner, Ricky Davis, Michelle Chapman and a couple of the cops involved in the investigation.

I worked as an accountant for a mortgage company 2003-2005. We had his application on file.
Also, I am BF's with a girl whose cousin is the little boy that was found alone in the house where his mom was taken from in Zachary. The toddler was covered in blood and mom was never found. The little boy is now in high school and she says it has definitely affected him. DTL would never say where he dumped her body.

I lived in Sharlo (3 houses down) when he killed the girl that lived there. I was moving out when it happened.
I go to Europe for the summer, When I get back, I learn he killed the girl on Dodson St in the bedroom I used to rent from my friends parents out of high school.

I was good friends with the attorney that got DTL off on most of his peeping tom charges in Zachary and walked him. He later did the closing for his house. THAT attorney's best friend in BR was also an attorney. He not only knew Sean Vincent Gillis, but used to hang out at his house drinking and watching movies with him

That's weird, I thought it was just me. My wife used to ride the bus to school with Randi Cieslewicz and they were neighbors and friends.
I saw Pam Kinamore and her kids a few times at Parkview Baptist but did not know her.
Gina Wilson Green's ex-husband and I grew up together and went to school together. Really nice guy.
And I too know Dene Colomb's brother and his wife, and have conducted business with them since, although I never brought it up. Another really nice guy, I think he lives in Arnaudville now but I'm not sure.
That shitstain of a loser left behind a lot of wreckage.

I lived directly behind Connie Warner. Was probably 300 yds from her when she was killed. Of course, I was sleeping at the time.

Why is DTL more infamous and talked about than Sean Vincent Gillis? I think Gillis killed more than DTL. Can someone explain?

DTL on the other hand was grabbing and killing real people.
They still never really released details of how freaky and twisted Gillis was.

Used to work in the same state dept building as Pam Kinamore's husband. Would chat with him on occasion in the elevator. Also saw him many times at the casino when I worked there during nursing school.
Lived in the same apartment complex as Pam Kinamore's brother in law(he lived in the apt right next to mine...we chatted with him all the time). He drove a white truck at the time of the murder and he was questioned by police.

Yeah, he grabbed a woman from pollard estates, the neighborhood I grew up in, and their house was right around the corner. My mom was a similarly aged woman who often went jogging so that was a pretty big deal for us.

He would come into the Daiquiri Cafe in Brusly and shoot pool with us, I knew Geralyn Desoto, I took one of Geralyn Desotos best friends to homecoming one year, while I worked for the sheriffs dept I escorted him off of Dow property for making threats to his supervisor and I am friends with Tony Clayton who prosecuted him in West Baton Rouge Parish.

My connection to DTL is that I had to buy all the ladies at work pepper pepper spray and coordinate a self defense class for them.
