To make money.
To pay for my stuff I never use.
To pay the mortgage the house with stuff I never use.
To pay for the vehicles I need to make money to pay for the stuff I never use.
To pay for the storage units I have because my house could only hold so much stuff.
To pay taxes so that I cannot lose all the stuff I paid for already.
To pay for medicine to keep me just healthy enough to keep working.

I have two late-teenaged autistic sons. I get up every morning hoping to live another day keeping them going. I worry often about their lives after I pass, for the world is an increasingly harsh place and they will be at that world's mercy when I am gone. I'm doing what I can to prepare for that inevitability, but they are mostly helpless souls and I fear for their future greatly.

1) My God, and my relationship with Him on earth is chiefly important to me, and the real reason for living in the first place, and only His plans for my life matter, and my life has purpose to Him.
2) Family depends upon me, especially my elderly parents, but still those who aren’t dependent upon me would be really hurt I think if I were to selfishly just end it.
3) “Life is precious” is not just an empty slogan. It’s a fact, and reinforced with every living creature on this planet and it’s desire to live. You only get one shot at this, and that’s nothing to be squandered as if it’s cheap. There are plenty of humans who were not blessed to live much of it because they were taken by war, cancer, accident, or some other thing that took them from us at a young age.
4) Because if you wake in the morning, there is always hope that life will improve, you will encounter an opportunity, encounter something or someone who will impact your life, or cause you to develop an interest that gives real meaning and purpose.
5) Because I have yet to see and experience all that is out there, including knowledge and wisdom that enriches my life even more so.

Here? As in TD O-T? A little distraction, occasional chuckle.
In life?
1. Live to see daughter become a doctor.
2. Caregiver for elderly in the family.
3. Photographing beautiful young ladies.

(No, not really. Not into strippers as such, but pole fitness can be great exercise. I'd photograph them, and it had best be done before they get old and wrinkled.)

I’ve worked hard to attain my house, vehicle, and other material possessions.
My son and preggo wife as well as family also make me happy because they are good people and I want to see them happy.
I also value my job as my coworkers and boss are also good people.
I find joy in the simple things such as lifting weights, playing guitar, and flying.
I have hope that my life will remain good and am grateful for it. Never try to envy others and always focus on yourself first.

Every day I get closer to being able to go on the road w my wife and live in different places 3-4 months at a time (she's a travel nurse).
My boys are older and are independent. Waiting for the day when they are out of the house.
< 3 years and counting...tick tock.

I wanna live fast, love hard, die young and leave a beautiful memory.
I actually do not want to die young.

Pussy; without food to eat and a roof over our head I probably wouldn't get it.

At least they have each other.
