I must not fear.

Being the last one at the party. Ex, You're still alive and all your friends have died; everyone moved from your home town but you; you have been working for your company longer than anyone else has. The feeling everyone has moved onto different things but you are stuck doing the same.
An obvious one is losing your mind. Temporarily experienced that during psychedelic trips and it's awful.
One more. Being old and unsatisfied with your life and all the things you've done or didn't do, but being too old to change anything. Can you imagine a worse feeling?
