alot of women on the sites will do you a favor and list something like "MAGats" need not message me or something. So it makes ruling out the liberals easier, at least.

Pretend to be liberal and then tell her you voted for Donald Trump when you're pulling out. Make sure you video her saying she consents beforehand so she can't try to ruin your life.

Healing... The best healing is to better yourself.

She is behind you for a reason. Leave her there.

One day you will look back and laugh at yourself for feeling this way.

There is a beautiful woman waiting for you, go find her.

PS. I joined every site I could find, but meeting socially may be the best answer. Try both.

On a personal note, invest in BlueChew & a manscaping device.

In San Diego, I cleaned up on Hinge and Bumble. Dog parks are great if you’re not afraid to approach women and aren’t douchey. I heard Bumble was kind of on the way down, but Hinge was solid. There’s also one for 1%ers that I was on briefly, but I was poor compared to everyone else. Also, generational wealth women, like the kind that go to Pepperdine, are some of the weirdest people I’ve ever met.

I would date sometimes in LA bc my buddy lived there in West Hollywood and then Studio City. LA is like shooting fish in a barrel.

Don't be afraid of Tinder, there are plenty of women our age on it. You will get financially screwed on any service that makes you pay by the message.

FB dating has plenty of women on it, and feels less plastic than the others. However, since it's free, you'll get a bunch of matches that just sort of fade away.

My tactic was to buy 30-90 day subscriptions to Tinder, and *one* of the other sites (Bumble or Hinge.) When your Bumble sub runs out, update your Hinge profile and reactivate your sub, rinse and repeat. Keep Tinder active until you're going steady with someone for more than 2-3 weeks.

"No Trumpers" is something you'll see often. Just move on. Be prepared, on any of the apps (especially for women in their 40s) to get sex thrown at you much faster than you'd probably expect. You somewhat expect it with Tinder (although all types of women seeking relationships are on it, too,) but I was unprepared for the sexual aggression overall.

Do *not* let it turn into a pen pal situation, push to meet in person ASAP. I avoided dinner dates, and usually made the first meeting at Brunch, or happy hour, etc. This will both save you money, and take pressure off of the situation.

Whenever you see just a headshot, be skeptical. I was only surprised once or twice over three years of dating post divorce. Girls with big butts or who are a bit overweight, I think have figured out it is less humiliating to post a body pic than to show up to a date and see the look of disappointment on your date's face. I did date someone who was pretty hot, but left out the fact she stopped getting her hair done, so there was grey everywhere.

If a profile says she likes touch, serious green flag. If it says it's receiving gifts, that is a massive, massive red flag. I just passed on those no matter what else was in the profile. There's a certain ethnicity that posts that in nearly 100% of their profiles, which you'll figure out.

Beware of scammers, and do **not** entertain anyone that wants to talk via Telegram or Signal. WhatsApp is fine, as most Latinas seem to prefer it.

I can't remember which of the big four apps I met the woman I've been with for a year, but I rate the outcome as successful.

Bunch of bots, hookers/sugar babies on Tinder. If it says “looking for a generous man” run. 99% of foreign chicks that message you are scammers. Match worked for me back in the day but I haven’t been on there since my divorce. FB is free and you can message all you want. I hear Hinge is good but it really boils down to where you are and what’s popular in your area. My main complaint with apps is it often feels like they just want you on the app to spend money.

Lemmy is spot on. Follow his advice.

Also, women will find 10,000 reason to flake, ghost or call off a date, consider it a gift when they do.

First meetups should involve a drink, maybe an appetizer, never dinner & avoid coffee dates if possible.

Get her number & off the dating site asap.

Be fun & playful with questions & answers, it's not a job interview..

Oh, probably the absolute most important thing:
Schedule when you will scroll and message people, and turn off notifications. Scroll and match with your morning coffee, message people an hour after you get off of work, then put it away. This way to control the dopamine hits and crashes that come along with, "someone really likes me!" "Someone that liked me just unmatched and disappeared," and the like

This is why I don't suggest 1 or 2 week subscriptions. They're more expensive overall, and they create a sense of urgency. Somehow, some of the hottest matches mysteriously start appearing 2 days before your sub runs out. When you're on a 30 day sub, you will have seen everyone you wanted to see.

I think eharmony is relatively still legit, but that depends what you are looking for.

I'd also say the faith-based apps, if that is your thing, are great if that is your thing. Most now have options to say "how intense" your faith is, which is nice if you are maybe not so attached to it, but it's still a small part of your life. It's a good filter regardless.

I won't get too much into it, but long story short is she started dealing with a lot of mental health issues. She's become very manic. Her highs and lows are insane. It's been like this for a few years now. I've never given up on her, but she's the one that moved on from me. It's a very difficult thing to deal with. She basically became a different person.

Try the Cupid sites from different countries and update your passport. You’ll thank me later.
