If the OT were a town it would win hands down.

Is this a limited to the social justice definition of racism, or can people other than white be racist?

They had a sign at the bridge entering town that stated blacks weren't welcome (in different terms)... I asked, like when, the 40's? The answer was no, up till almost the 70's.

Back in the day, there was a sign there, warning blacks not to be there after sundown.
In Colfax, there was a plaque commemorating the lynching of 13 blacks and one white guy. Hell, it may still be there.

Where at in colfax ? I pass through there every once again and don't remember seeing it. I've never really looked for it though.

Not sure. I've only heard about it. Near the courthouse, I think.

Kilona-home of the sunny beach throw down back in the day.

I still don't like the fact that Mobile Mardi Gras is still segregated. But Arabi was the most open about it. I've never heard so many people proud about being an old sun down town.

East Carroll Parish. Operated on a plantation system until the late 20th century.
As far as the most racist...Shreveport, although they'd never admit it and the majority of the white people are too polite to say what they really think. And, most of the black people hate white people.

Truly is amazing. I couldn't believe that just 88% of Cameron parish voted red in 2016. Thought for sure it would be 100%

Dequincy, and any of the little towns on Hwy.165 from Iowa to Alexandria.

I think Hackberry/Cameron Parish isn't necessarily racists, but opposed to outsiders in general.
I went to a party at Johnsons Bayou and got "jumped" due to to being an "outsider"
