and don't say cost. That's not denying yourself, that's not being able to afford it. not the same.
Are you attempting to earn some badge of honor? I assure you, no one cares.

Food and grocery delivery is such a faux fancy behavior. Our old neighborhood with starter homes was teeming with delivery drivers every day at dinner time. That's how your starter home becomes your forever home.

Tell us all you spend 12% of your paycheck on delivery drivers without saying it.

I don’t get food delivery regularly like it seems many do, but lord is it great hungover or drunk.

this.
you pay for 2 things. what you can't do or what you won't do. I can and will take myself to pick up my own food.
to answer the OP question
i refuse to use my phone calculator unless absolutely necessary. i'm terrible at math and need the continuous practice.

Any type of coffee maker. I use a French press.
I don't keep any Credit cards or apps on my phone that can be used to pay
for anything by scanning.

How often are you getting drunk enough to need help feeding yourself?

that's been my question this thread. i've never been so drunk i couldn't make my own food or drive to get it.
and if i was, it was late at night and i didn't need it anyways.

My big one is Venmo. It makes it a pain in the arse at times to pay people, but I really don't need another corporation with direct access into my financial accounts.
ETA - I've been thinking about opening a burner checking account for the sole purpose of cash apps. That way, I can limit the exposure to whatever minimal amount I'm required to keep in that account.

Is this a real question?
To answer re: delivery - 5-10 times a year
To answer re: drunk…
Well.

And I get groceries delivered because the unwashed are gross and I avoid them as much as possible.
Whole Foods delivery is amazing. They separate by category and label the bags with such care. Worth every penny to not drive down College or Corporate or stand in a line.

Why don’t you just Zelle?
You don’t even need an app. It’s from your banking app and it’s FDIC

A microwave. The wife will not have one on the counter and there’s no way to mount under a cabinet
We have our Panasonic(amazing can’t say enough good things about it) recessed into the wall in a custom built-in.
You don’t have to have it just sitting on the counter.

i dont, i use it maybe once or twice a month. We dont eat out that often. The extra 30-40 minutes of me doing what i want at my house while someone brings me my order is way more valuable than the 30 dollars i saved getting it myself.

This board has a weird habit of attributing superior morality to the oddest things like food delivery and mowing your own lawn.
