I'm mixing in some heavy bag work to my weekly workouts. It's only one of my workouts so it's only about an hour per week. The gloves at my gym that they let us use are more MMA style gloves (fingerless) and I'm getting some bleeding on my knuckles and fingers. Some of that is from terrible form on my part.

I'm looking for something that will cover my hand so it doesn't look like I'm part of a fight club for the rest of the week.

I found venum elite bag gloves - decent reviews on Amazon but I can't tell if I'm being lured into buying them because they look cool and have VENUM written on them with the image of a GDKC on the outside.

Anyone recommend anything in particular?

Use good wraps under your gloves, watch a couple videos on how to wrap your hands and you'll be good to go.

title gel intense heavy bag gloves if you don't care about the weight of the glove. comfortable as hell and give a great workout due to the gloves being heavier than the stated weights.

for bag work you should fine with just wrapping your hands if that's enough support for you.

This. If I spar, I will wrap but if I am just doing bag work, I have been using the Everlast Gel Wraps under my bag gloves. Everlast makes a real good lightweight bag glove for the OP.

Get some hand wraps. They have a good pair for like 7.99 at academy.

I've had some everlast leather bag gloves that have lasted me for over 20 years, but I don't think they still make them. The ones at academy are vinyl and are not up to the same quality. Only leather gloves that are well maintained will last.
