Came here to post this. I have a yeti that I fill with ice and water before bed, drink a little bit but leave enough so the water is half full, leave the cup on my bathroom counter. Right When you wake up in the morning and take that first sip of the melty ice cold water, but still enough ice left in it that it’s not all the way gone, and it hits the back of your throat… boys that is a simple pleasure that is about as good as it gets.

My buddy lives in on Pickwick lake. You can get the same ones there as the ones in the Appalachians. Not so for the rest of Mississippi. I'll be there on Friday so maybe we'll get some lights. Nothing like a giod beverage and a light show chilling in a rocking chair.

I thought it was just normal fire flies aka lightning bugs and was calling BS. Then I went home and the lightning bugs were out big time but it was sporadic. Like heading cats. Those ones that sync up are a different level of awesome. I like to put some noise cancelling headphones on for a bit cause the frogs be screwing up the rhythm.
