Would it not be fair to say that that is the practice now because there was previously institutionalized racism and that's why we have that process now?

Institutional racism as in legitimate factual government sanctioned lawful racism in 2020?
Whites and Asians have to test higher on standardized tests to get admission and scholarships.
Whites and Asians are limited in number due to the color of their skin in many universities and job openings.
Scholarships are afforded specifically to every other race except Caucasian.
White people are assumed to be successful because of the color of their skin rather than the content of their character
White people are not allowed to be proud of their heritage because of the color of their skin
White people and only white people can be prosecuted for a hate crime.
A white person in a majority black city with a black city council and black mayor is assumed to be the root of all evil because of the color of his skin.
Governor and mayors targeting white people as the cause of the spread of corona virus and shutting down their gatherings while allowing any other skin color to gather as they want.
Those are some good ones.

Our society is setup to reward houses with 2 full time working parents that reinforce the education provided by the schools to allow their kids to become adults with better jobs than those 2 parents had. That’s against groups with significant portions of its base having 1 parent.
