Normally, I would agree with you. But TRP says that this rule is non-existent.
Date however many younger women you want, regardless of age.
The reason women want you to keep that age-limit line of thinking is because once they hit the wall (around 30) they are no longer as attractive to more dominant men.

I've always thought if someone looks at a picture and they cannot determine if that's your GF or child then it's probably too big of a gap. Also if you're 50+ and dating a mid 20yo what are you going to do when she starts talking about getting married/having kids? Start a second family with a big age gap after having kids with a previous wife/gf?
