My son just said "dad, kids at school said Santa isn't real. I told them yes he is and I'll prove it. I will record him with the house cameras and show them"

I feel like 2nd to 4th grade is when kids start talking about it at school and the questions began. My Sister in law was in 8th grade and cried when she found out. She just couldn't believe her parents would lie to her. I'll let my kids ask me first and tell them the truth. Any age before 8 is too soon.
