I want the advice when i am 10 yrs old.
No baseball.
No basketball.
No football.
Instead, learn math, accounting and Spanish.
Yes go to Columbia, not mcneese. Borrow the money. They accepted you. Do it. You will slay jewish poon in big apple and go to a real grad school, wharton penn, like your uncle wants you to, when you grow up.

Quit church, stop drinking, start smoking reefer, try light doses of ayahuasca and LSD on occasion. Be an open minded spiritual seeker. Whatever the crowd is doing, do the opposite and you can generally be sure you are moving in the right direction. When you choose a line of work or profession, go into something that you love or are passionate about and the money will be there. Don't do it the other way around. Find a way to be of service to others instead of a self serving a-hole. That is just off the top of my head.

Too much for one post. Here's a quick one....
Go see the Red Hot Chili Peppers on their Stadium Arcadium tour. Had I known John Frusciante would quit the band again I would've never missed that tour.

Try your best to do the next right thing

I was the biggest clueless, ego-driven, drunk , , dumb arse at LSU at 18. Totally on my own- zero family support, no guidance, no nothing. I would do things entirely different. It was a small miracle that I graduated. I would not even know where to start. Maybe like reverse Costanza- just do the opposite of what I actually did.

Take out a loan and invest in Facebook.

Don't listen to your parents. Following their safe advice will result in a boring life.

When you are 20 you are going to light up a cigarette for the first time. You will think it's no big deal, but you will be addicted.
